General aviation deck
PilotHub is a practical planning and knowledge deck for VFR and general aviation pilots in Poland. We combine tools, airport data, weather workflow, NOTAM support, safety modules and learning content so that a pilot can move from idea, through briefing, to a conscious go/no-go decision in one place.
We help pilots prepare better, think more clearly and keep useful aviation knowledge close at hand.
We want to reduce friction in everyday VFR preparation. Instead of jumping between scattered sources, screenshots, PDFs and notes, the pilot should be able to build a repeatable preflight rhythm with clear context: route, airspace, NOTAMs, weather, alternates, risk and learning.
PilotHub is not meant to be “just another aviation website”. We are building a product that supports decision-making, training and operational discipline in Polish general aviation while staying simple, fast and editorially useful.
A pilot often starts with a simple question: “Can I fly this route safely today?” To answer it well, you need more than one tool. You need current weather, NOTAM context, airspace awareness, airport context, a fuel and navigation helper, plus a moment to assess your own risk and readiness.
That is why we connect modules that usually live separately. Planner VFR helps with route context, NOTAMs add operational context, airports give background, and the knowledge section supports learning and radio phraseology. Together, they create one cockpit-style workspace instead of many disconnected tabs.
PilotHub is built primarily for student pilots, private pilots, instructors and VFR-oriented GA pilots operating in Poland. But it is also useful for anyone who wants to better understand everyday flying workflow: weather, phraseology, planning, airports and theory.
PilotHub is an editorial and tool-based project. We care about clarity, practical usefulness and making knowledge easier to apply. At the same time, the website is informational and educational only. It does not replace official operational documentation, AIP, NOTAM briefings, charts, aircraft manuals or instructor judgement.
