Summary
V průběhu cvičného letu po okruhu došlo v prostoru mezi třetí a čtvrtou zatáčkou k pádu kluzáku a jeho nárazu do země. Letadlo bylo zničeno. Pilotní žák při letecké nehodě utrpěl smrtelné zranění, instruktor byl s těžkým zraněním převezen do nemocnice.
