Frequently asked questions about ÚZPLN reports

What does the aviation events register on PilotHub include?
A searchable list of ÚZPLN reports (accidents, serious incidents and incidents) with filters, a timeline chart and a location map. Each event has a detail page with a summary, aircraft data and documents.
Where do accident and incident data come from?
From official ÚZPLN materials. PilotHub aggregates them into one register with links to original documents.
How do I filter events (status, segment, class)?
Use the filters above the list: investigation status (open/closed), segment (GA, transport, sport, military), occurrence class and aircraft category. You can also search by type, registration, ICAO or case number.
What does linking an event to an airport or aircraft model mean?
When place or type can be recognised, the event is linked to the airport and/or model page. Distance on an airport page is an approximate location relative to the ARP when coordinates are available.
Does the map show every event in the register?
The map covers events with a recognised location (coordinates or a matched airport). Marker size reflects how many events share a point — clicking narrows the list to that place.
