Summary
Dne 3. 1. 2014 obdržel ÚZPLN od RCC a PČR oznámení o letecké nehodě letounu výše uvedené poznávací značky. V průběhu letu v blízkosti LKRO došlo k jeho pádu a nárazu do země. Letoun byl zničen. Na palubě letounu byl pilot a cestující. Pilot utrpěl těžká zranění. Cestující utrpěl menší povrchová zranění.
