Dne 14. 8. 2009 v 11:00 UTC obdržel Ústav pro odborné zjišťování příčin leteckých nehod oznámení o letecké nehodě letounu Cessna 172, pozn. zn. OK - LOS. Při přistání na letišti LKLT došlo ke zlomení přední nohy podvozku, poškození krytů motoru a vrtule. Pilot i cestující byli lehce zraněni.
