-
before arriving at Armii Krajowej road turn right. In the initial phase fly along Armii Krajowej road and then along its western side until the turn onto the landing course;
-
the turn onto the landing course shall be commenced at an altitude not greater than 1300 ft AMSL (951 ft AGL).
|
-
Lengthening/shortening any position on the aerodrome traffic circuit is prohibited.
|
|
|
Depending on the movement situation and weather conditions, after obtaining permission from AFIS, it is possible to conduct flights along the southern circuit at 1168 ft AMSL (820 ft AGL) without crossing the southern limits of ATZ.
|
During landings to RWY 15 of EPWA,
IT IS FORBIDDEN
to fly along the southern circuit.
|
|
|
The first and the fourth turn during night flights shall be performed at 1300 ft AMSL (951 ft AGL).
|
7 PROCEDURES FOR VFR FLIGHTS
|
-
Flights within the EPBC ATZ shall be conducted:
-
within segment A:
at an altitude up to 1500 ft AMSL (1151 ft AGL); but within the segregated sector – during landings on EPWA RWY 15 – up to 1300 ft AMSL (information on the landing direction at EPWA aerodrome available from the AFIS officer);
-
within segment B:
at an altitude up to 2000 ft AMSL (1653 ft AGL); during landings on EPWA RWY 15 – up to 1500 ft AMSL (1151 ft AGL) (information on the landing direction at EPWA aerodrome available from the AFIS officer).
|
-
Flights above the aerodrome shall be conducted along the northern circuit at 1823 ft AMSL (1476 ft AGL).
|
As a consequence of the triangle-shaped A1 sector being present within the aerodrome traffic circuit, the following applies:
-
taking-off on heading 102°, the aerodrome traffic circuit shall be flown as follows:
-
fly to the first turn up to 1300 ft AMSL (951 ft AGL);
-
fly to the first turn and climb to 1823 ft AMSL (1476 ft AGL);
-
the fourth turn shall be taken at 1500 ft AMSL (1151 ft AGL).
-
taking-off on heading 282°, the aerodrome traffic circuit shall be flown as follows:
-
fly to the first turn up to 1500 ft AMSL (1151 ft AGL);
-
climb to 1823 ft AMSL (1476 ft AGL);
-
the fourth turn shall be taken at 1300 ft AMSL (951 ft AGL).

8 RADIO COMMUNICATION FAILURE ON VFR FLIGHT
|
8.1. When the communication failure occurred in the vicinity of EPBC aerodrome the flight shall be continued in accordance with the published aerodrome traffic circle at the altitude given by the Director of Flights immediately before take-off. After communication failure set the transponder to code 7600 and show all aircraft navigation lights when flying the traffic circuit.
|
-
Aircraft which took-off from Warszawa-Babice aerodrome and left EPBC ATZ, or if communication failure occurred during the arrival but after passing the EPBC arrival points shall enter the aerodrome traffic circle at the first or the third turn at an altitude given by the Director of Flights or calculated by the pilot when flying in the direction of the aerodrome traffic circuit based on other traffic within the ATZ. Then execute an approach in accordance with the aerodrome traffic circuit procedure. After landing vacate the RWY immediately and after parking immediately establish phone communication with AFIS (phone: +48-261-855-369 or +48-504-315-889).
-
The crews of visiting aircraft not acquainted with traffic information and aerodrome traffic circle procedure within Warszawa-Babice ATZ shall enter the north circuit pattern at the second or the third turn in accordance with the published aerodrome circuit procedure at the altitude of 1500 ft AMSL, then calculate the altitude of the traffic circuit taking into account based on other traffic within the ATZ and continue flight at this altitude or if the traffic circuit is conducted at 1823 ft AMSL increase the altitude and perform the standard landing procedure showing all aircraft navigation lights. After landing vacate the RWY immediately and after parking immediately establish phone communication with AFIS (phone: +48-261-855-369 or +48-504-315-889)
